From the date of acceptance, the seller will provide free technical services and provide free damaged spare parts (except for man-made damage) during the guarantee period. After receiving the buyer's repair order, the seller will respond by phone within 24 hours and within 3 working days. Provide troubleshooting methods to ensure the normal operation of the instrument; if the problem cannot be solved over the phone, professionals will be sent to the site within a month to solve the problem.
After the warranty period expires, the seller will send an engineer to the buyer's site within one month after receiving the buyer's repair order. The seller is still responsible for the technical service and spare parts supply of the equipment. The seller will provide the best price for spare parts; two days after the guarantee period During the year, the seller only charges for spare parts. And the warranty period for replaced accessories is more than one year.
Note: If the buyer is a customer outside of mainland China, he or she will need to bear additional travel expenses for installation and maintenance personnel.
