From the date of acceptance, the seller provides free technical services and damaged spare parts (except for man-made damage) during the warranty period. After receiving the buyer's repair order, the seller will respond by phone within 24 hours and provide troubleshooting methods within 3 working days to ensure the normal operation of the instrument; if the problem cannot be solved by phone, a professional will be sent to the site within one month to solve the problem.
After the warranty period expires, the seller will send an engineer to the buyer's site within one month after receiving the buyer's repair order. The seller is still responsible for the technical service and spare parts supply of the equipment, and the seller will provide spare parts at the best price; within 30 days after the warranty period, the seller only charges the spare parts fee. And the warranty period of the replaced accessories is more than one year.
Note: Whether within or outside the warranty period, if the buyer is a customer outside mainland China, the additional travel expenses of the installation and maintenance personnel need to be borne.
